KALA Promise
At KALA we aim to deliver your products within 3-4 working days from the date of purchase confirmation within the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to the UK/EU/INTL may take between 5-7 working days. We work closely with our trusted courier partners to ensure your purchase is delivered on time and with a smile.
Orders placed before 2.00PM
We will process orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Any order placed after 2pm will be processed the next day, or on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday. At KALA we pride ourselves on efficiency and use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame.
In the rare times
In rare circumstances we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to challenges outside of our control, we do hope you understand and will always be in touch should this situation arise at any stage. As always KALA will strive to provide the highest level of service, no matter what direction your KALA order is travelling.

KALA RETURNS POLICY
We really hope you love your new KALA purchase but in the event that you need to return a product to us please find our returns policy below.
Products must be returned to KALA within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unworn and unwashed with all labels still attached. As we pride ourselves on quality, items returned that seem to be worn ,damaged or in an unsuitable condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once we receive your returns we aim to refund you within 5-10 working days. You will be refunded using the same payment method used to make your purchase.
How to return your KALA item to us
- It is your responsibility to return your KALA items to us.
- Complete your return by filling out our returns form on our website, please include your order/reference number.
- Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags included with your original order as failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your return.
- Obtain a receipt from your chosen parcel service when you drop off your package and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
Please note delivery costs are not included in your refund.
It is your responsibility to return your KALA items to us. We are unable to refund any items that have not been received safely back to us in their original state or get lost in transit. Please ensure all items are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
Exchanges
Unfortunately exchanges are not part of our returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour you will need to return your items and place a new order with us.
